What a beautiful guest house this is. It is in a perfect location, near enough to the centre to walk in, but far enough to be quiet. Ashleigh the host is extremely friendly and helpful, she provides enough interaction to leave you to it, but makes sure you know exactly what to expect. The bedrooom was fabulous with a super king bed and a clean en-suite. We did not book as a B & B as this is not an option, however Ashleigh leaves everything in the shared kitchen for you to make your own continental breakfast. In addition to this the price is extremely reasonable. This service was much appreciated, thank you for an excellent 2 night stay. We will definitely be back.
Absolutely beautiful guesthouse with clean, comfortable rooms. We were let down by another accommodation at the last minute and The Vines could not of been anymore helpful and accommodating. Staff are just lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommendRooms: 5/5

Lovely place to stay ,,, spacious rooms , very clean and tidy ,,, unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures sorry ,,, you won’t be disappointed if you book here ... short walk to shops and restaurants ,,,
Myself and nuala love it there, it's like home from home. Very comfortable very clean and bev makes you feel at home. We always stay there when we go to cleethorpes and wouldn't stay anywhere else
