Perfect room, cozy, clean, very close to all local amenities; only 5’ from the beach. We loved the breakfast and had a great time chatting with the staff, who were more than helpful to inform us about the must-see places in Cleethorpes. Excellent price, too!

It is ok for a night or two but needs attention. Room noisy on the road. Shower miniscule. Oener was very nice and accommodating, though

We had booked in at MJs Guest house but on arrival were told we were staying here. Bit confusing but it wasnt a problem as it is a lovely,clean and friendly guest house. Well worth the money and the extra for breakfast as that set us up for the day. Very close to beach, bars and shops. If visiting the area would book here again.

We checked in to this grubby guest house and after 1hr walked out, reasons being it looked a lot different to what it did online, barerly got through the front door and the owner was there demanding money almost straight away, was not shown room first, the place had a stale smell to it. There was not a toilet in your room, it was in the corridor for all guests to share. the shower was in the your room in the corner close to the beds, so no privacy. It was by far the worst guest house i have ever stepped foot in.The decor was old and out of date, would not recommend this gust house to anybody. No parking, unless you go to the carpark around the corner which you have to pay for. The quilts on the bed were very grubby. £70 a night a disgrace they should pay the guests that for staying. When we did pay, the lady took us into the grubby kitchen to pay, as there was no reception desk.
