Ordered for delivery. Said would arrive by 19:50 latest. Now it's 20:15 and hasn't arrived. Disgusting behavior contaminating the city. I wish you good fortune...in bankrupcy.
Both the starters and curry itself were appalling. Possibly the worst i have ever had in london. Main dish was basically just a box of food colouring which looked and tasted horrible. A total ripoff and i will never use them again
Ordered online and called them when I did not get my order. The staff behaviour is very bad. They disconnected my call and cancelled my order as well. After that i kept calling them but they did not pick up my call. How can they run restaurant if they do not know how to deal with customer? The owner must provide training to staff!! Will never ever recommend it.
Had a chicken Rogan Josh, a Bombay Aloo and a Keema naan. It was really lovely. Will definitely go again.
Worst experience ever, my order was One hours late. There wasn't any communication from the restaurant is my order accepted or No, I was waiting like stupid. However I would never suggest anyone to order something. And one more thing the food taste was horrible. I order mushrooms rice though I couldn't find that many mushrooms compare to the price. Worst, worst and worst.
Worst experience ever. Food being delivered is supposed to be stress free and exciting but this experience was the complete opposite. There was no communication from the restaurant, my order took more then 30 mins and never arrived. I was waiting hungry with my gf stressing about where my food was. All the reviews led me to believe that this was a good place but I was so disappointed. Don't trust this place, order elsewhere!!!
Our favourite curry house - a really good selection of dishes and vegetables. I’d recommend the king prawn bhuna. Worth a visit to Charlton Village for.
Ordered at 8:30 pm on Sunday, 26th Sep. The app said estimated delivery is at 9:10 pm. Even after 10 pm my order hadn't arrived. There is no way to contact Uber and the app provided me the restaurant's phone number. When I called, no one picked up. At 10:10 pm, i received a text message from same number that the person is on the way as it was busy. Still at 10:40pm, order never arrived. Called the number back and left him a text message, but there was no response. Absolutely unprofessional trash.
Lovely food - I often find that curries can taste the same, no matter what you order, but with Village Tandoori each one that I have ordered has it's own unique taste. Very polite & helpful staff who always cater to your requirements more/less spicy etc quick delivery & tender meats. They also usually add a nice salad and/or popadoms with sauces to the meal, which is a lovely extra. Since I have found these guys I rarely, rarely order anywhere else. Thanks for the great meals!
First time using you and have to say not very impressed. Even through food was cooked it was barely warm. Am in two minds whether to use your again.
