Bright and clean shopping centre, with easy access between floors. Good toilet facilities, but there sometimes issues of finding a working soap pump in the ladies. Reasonable range of shops, but could do with more choice, there are unused lettings that have been vacant for years.

Tidy, clean shopping covered shopping centre, big attached parking structure.. Just make sure you pay before leaving the centre as the machines are not in the car park. The pay machines are practically hidden.. they should be brighter, and better marked out.

Good Place to Visit, Especially when the Weather is Poor, It's Warm, Dry and Very Bright, Disappointed at the Lack of Security, Most Folk are reassured when Security Staff is Patrolling. Good Variety of Stores to accommodate most Budgets. On leaving the Shopping Centre there are Countless Places to Eat Out, Again to Fit most Budgets. The Centre has Easy access For Wheelchair Users, unfortunately Parking is a little way away, but not unaccessible to All. Would Recommend a visit.

A good array of independent and main stream shops. A very large New Look store. Parking available. Lifts and escalators. Toilet facilities. Odeon Cinema and many restaurants nearby.

Many units are unoccupied. Boots, Wilko, Next, Peacocks, phone shop, Teddy Station, independent travel agent and a few other shops. Toilets are clean and free to us. Cash machine located by the toilets. Easy to get to from Southend Victoria train station.
