The staff are very welcoming and helpful i did have a issue with my room this was sorted quickly. Breakfast could be hot, most days it was just warm. The evening meal are very nice especially the specials
Stayed here many times. Always our go to hotel when heading to Manchester for a concert. Located right next to the motorway and a couple of minutes walk to the Metrolink, absolutely ideal. Staff are superb too. Anytime anyone asks I always suggest this hotel for Manchester. 5*
Enjoyed my stay here under current circumstances which staff dealt with really well.They offer room service for evening meals and full breakfast selection in the morning.you can also use the dining room if you wish.i loved the food and the clean and comfortable room. Very friendly welcome on arrival.
Currently staying there and it is a pretty decent hotel staff are helpfull and polite
came out to eat on ok 2oth wedding anniversary on the 18th of August we sat outside which was lovely.im not a complained w but the pork skewers nearly broke my teeth. the 2 main meals were lovely and the prosecco went down well .thankou to the lovely staff and cheffx .
