Always had a great stay here. However this time we were not happy. Male manager was rude. Room was noisy and cold and the beds were awful, not worth the price. Shame as we really liked it there before. The lady called Anne was there and she was fantastic as usual.

Great location, room was clean,spacious and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Meals were excellent well presented and cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend and would come back again.

Went for the carvery and as usual, everything was spot on. Food, service and price 1st class.

We went to The Valley today for lunch as a group of three adults and three children aged 6 years and under. We are locals and have enjoyed meals at this restaurant over the past ten years or so. The food and service we encountered today was by far the best we have ever received. The food was fantastic. Decent portion sizes for both adult and child meals plus they tasted delicious. Even though we were stuffed from our main courses we still ordered pudding as they looked so tempting. All we can say is "WOW". Super, yummy and well worth ordering. The service was brilliant and we didn't have to wait long for our meals to arrive or to be cleared. The children were each given activity sheets with packs of colouring pencils to keep them occupied. The interior of the restaurant is faultless with clean, modern decor which is easily accessible for prams or wheelchairs. We shall definitely be coming back again soon. 👍
