Walked in without an appointment and managed to fit me in. Very friendly without being over the top.. Appreciated why I only required a dry cut and price extremely reasonable compared to other town hairdressers.  Will definitely use again.

I visited urban spa for the first time and had a great hair cut by Sarah and lovely manicure by Lucy. They really knew what they were doing and were very friendly and proessional. It is a gorgeous place and fabulous staff.

Had a fabulous afternoon at the Urbanspa with Emma, Lucy, Sarah and Kate. I was made to feel so welcome and the conversations flowed so easily. Love my Gelish nails too. Thanks ladies for making the end of my holiday special.
