recently purchased a “wowcher” for 2 spa treatments. On arrival we didn’t have a consultation, myself and sister was in the same room for treatments. Felt as though the massage was rushed. Lots of excess oil left on skin after the massage had finished. When the facial began I told the woman my skin is prone to break outs. Her reply was shocking!... This facial will make your skin worse!...& continued.? No suggestion or advice for my skin. When the facial had finished I was left with oil all over my face and makeup was still on. Waste of money & unfortunately what was supposed to be a treat for my sister was ruined. Wouldn’t be returning any time soon. From the outside the place looks fabulous and the swimming pool is great.

Went for a spa day with my friend for my birthday 10th August.

The staff were outstanding, informative, caring and made us feel extremely relaxed and pampered.

Hot stone massage is the way forward and would highly recommend that. 

The afternoon tea was brilliant. Big sandwiches and a great variety of cakes. Included a coffee. 

Facilities was great for a 3 star hotel. 

All in all the spa day was incredible for the price we paid with little extras that made it unique.

Me and my friend bought a voucher off groupon we visited today and it was great the therapists were very nice and professional we had a facial each i had a hot stone back masage and my friend had a swedish back massage the treatments were fab. The facilities sauna etc were lovely warm and clean. Had afternoon tea that was also really nice. Cannot fault, would defiantely recommend and will defiantely be going back

Amazing place. Two great size pool's. 
2 Jacuzzi 's. Spa treatments  were fabulous.  Lovely ladies did our treatments . Such spacious  changing rooms, showers etc. Then a delightful lunch in the bar.
