Customer service is very poor does not know how to communicate very rude would not be using them  ... very over priced they charge triple to all the rest of the florist

flowers arrived for my wife's birthday payed £56 looked like it was a bunch of flowers from the local tesco and half was dead and then when myself and wife called she was told to shut up and stop oversaturating and when she said she would report them they said good look and put the phone down on her so to all avoid waste of money
