Great place, they now do free Doggy Roasts when you order food which is a really nice touch . The Dogs loved it.
17:00 on a Saturday evening the pub has a fire going on one side of the! A party has just finished on the other side of the pub. We ask for a drink at the pub. The barman direct us to a table as to the area where the party has just finished. We find a inviting table next to a radiator looking forward to warming ourselves only to find a cold radiator! We ask the bar staff if they don’t mind turning it on as we are cold and the area is cold as the party goers have the door open! We are told “ we are not allowed to turn heating on” wow! Your once welcoming pub has become a dungeon of ice! I struggle to get warm at all and after 1 pint decide this is not for me! Pub are supposed to be a place to get a pint and warm up on a chilly winters day after football but the Tweseldown is not once of them!
Had a lovely lunch yesterday. Given a warm welcome especially to our dog. Menu had changed since our last visit but food excellent as always.
Really helpful bar manager made my booking really easy. We stopped and had food whilst we were there and it was all lovely and fresh. Lovely atmosphere
Great experience with getting accommodation for a on-the-day reservation for a company lunch for 14 people. The food and atmosphere here was lovely. Definitely will be back regularly!

We ate in the barn area, which was lovely and warm. Food was of a good standard, but the customer service was what stood out for me.
*Dog friendly* At a very reasonable £10.95 you get a Sunday roast with all the trimmings and a roast dinner bowl for your dog. The staff and pub are not just dog friendly but true dog lovers and happy to bestow that love onto your pooch. And why th op 9e hell not!!! Definitely going back. This has become our new Sundàyr
Had Sunday lunch which was superb very impressed with the place so much so I've booked there function room for my birthday
Yet another fantastic meal, never have I been here and let me down, family meal, every meal was lovely best steak I've had in years and the staff are amazing
