I would recommend this company 100%. You get all the help you need to pass the exams, which gratefully i did pass! I had a few queries and questions while dealing with this company and i had no problem calling and getting any details and reassurance that i need. I spoke to a lovely lady called Bhavna who talked me through anything i asked for,to allow me to get a better understanding. All in all i had a good experience with Training Circle and would definitely use them again in the future.
Used Training Circle recently for a DS course with a great trainer Julie. Booking process on line was easy and additional questions answered over the phone. Bhavna was very helpful and assisted me with a problem I had with the SIA application. Licence taken long to come through from SIA but that is nothing to do with the Training Circle so no complaints there. Overall very happy with service provided.
This company cancelled my course, which i understand. I was told i'd get my money back in a few weeks. its been nearly a month, ive contacted the company by e-mail and phonegoes straight to voicemail,not happy with lack of response. I feel compelled to write this review, to incase others have suffered like this/also to forewarn others considering this company. the training circle has forced me to do this. I'm not happy.
We completed protestor and trespasser training with the Training Circle Company. The feedback from our security guards was that the training was absolutely excellent in delivery and content by the trainer Andy. Review from previous employee....SIA Tutor I gave in my notice with the Training Circle, so they could find a replacement. They Bhavna Bhanderi decided not to pay my outstanding invoices. Future Trainers be very careful with this company.
Good as regards to teaching and where course content are concerned the three stars are solely for the course tutors who were knowledgeable and competent. Knocked off two stars for administration issues. I completed both Door Supervisor and CCTV course with them in November 2015. A few months ago I applied for my SIA licences financial difficulties had precluded this previously. The SIA informed me that my qualifications could not be found on the system. I called the Training Circle to confirm my details had been processed correctly. They blamed the SIA. After waiting another three weeks the SIA told me otherwise. I contacted the Training Circle again and was told, upon further inspection, that my date of birth had been entered incorrectly. Three weeks later and the SIA informs me that "computer says no". I then contacted the IQ organisation the issuers of the certifications who informed me that the Training Circle had not in fact amended my date of birth. IQ did so for me and now I shall have to wait another three weeks for a reply from the SIA hardly an efficient or competent organisation either that I exist on their database.
The lady's name mentioned numerous times is Bhavna Bhanderi! I had same experience as at least one of you ...firstly she is rude ,liar , unprofessional , lazy , etecetera ... My bad experience started from the start, I couldn't go for exam without Passport or UK ID...in meantime I asked to re-book to another date. I was told it was possible without any problem. Whilst I was waiting for their response, after sending a few emails and voice messages asking to re-book the course as i had 2 days left to finish .....i received an email saying the course was cancelled in that venue- Southwark. I kept asking for dates so I can plan ....only when I said I wanted to complaint and wanted my money back, that I got the response , saying that they have no information to give me regarding dates or whatsoever and they wouldn't refund! I told them that I would get the money for sure .I had to complaint to PayPal to get the money back do I could find another Company to do the course. The teacher, English guy , wearing tracksuit .... one of the trainees didn't understood one question barrier language , he didn't bother to explain at all , showing frustration. He looked unhappy all the time and dying to leave the place . He had some knowledge but he wasn't willing to be there that was the issue. I don't blame him...the venue was very old , dirty and not many trainees ...also we were not English!
Terrible company to deal with. Paid extra fee for H&S course, test & CSCS card. Two months now and still no card. They do not reply to emails or phone calls. Avoid them and spend your money else where
Excellent training tutor made sure everyone on the course understood what was being taught for SIA door supervisor course. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to take SIA qualification course to use training circle.
WORST COMPANY IN THE UK LONDON. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY MESS WITH YOUR QUALIFICATION AND ACT LIKE ITS YOUR FUALT. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY CERTIFICATE AND NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING. note: the indian reception lady is the worst.
