I took the eight-week Product Leader Certificate. The course allowed me to enhance the multi-disciplinary skills and tools to make me an effective product manager, ready to lead agile teams to successfully go-to-market. Go beyond the launch to leverage data and metrics to champion your Technology Solution Platform, Product. The course was well structured and provided good insights into all aspects of the Product Development Life Cycle. The practical assignments along with theory were a good balance which kept the course engaging and informative at the same time. My instructor Felipe was experienced and very knowledgeable. He explained the frameworks and techniques in a precise and pragmatic way. He has a plethora of real-world skills that complimented well with classroom learning. I would highly recommend this course!!!
I have completed the Accelerated PM course and Toby Martin has been a great instructor! Great energy levels and insights on hands on experience as a Senior PM across start ups and big corporate. Recommend :
I completed the accelerated PMC course at Product school, and found it very useful. We covered a lot in a very short time frame - and I think I now have a much better understanding of product management theory. Juanma was a great instructor. He was very knowledgeable & friendly - always making sure that everyone in the class had time to ask any questions before moving on. He has loads of relevant experience, and was able to bring the theory to life by using his first-hand experiences.
I have just finished my Product School certification, I had Toby Hughes as my tutor. It was absolutely fantastic. From all aspects, it was a well designed, well organised and very well delivered course. I had hesitations before as is to be expected for any relatively expensive course, but it was totally worth it. I went from having zero knowledge on Product Management to being interviewed for a Junior PM role all within the duration of the course. Toby was fantastic, exceptionally patient, very insightful and a great teacher. I cannot recommend him and this course enough.
I know that you will probably do nothing about this or potentially even care but I feel the need to send you feedback on your Productcon event in the hope that it improves for next year. My colleague and I received tickets for the event almost 2 months ago and made travel plans to get here from the Midlands for the event, with a transport cost of over a £100. We arrived just after 8 o'clock and got turned away because we had free tickets and given the excuse that it was first come first serve. You emailed us this warning on Monday, how could we of known this when we had booked travel plans weeks in advance? The amount of people who had take time out of their days to attend today just to be turned away was crazy. How could the event be oversubscribed to the degree that hundreds of people could not attend even when you had a nice overflow room? Stuck in London for the day today we've had to jump from coffee shop to pub just to watch the live stream in the hope to claw back what little we could of the day. I'm not expecting you to pay my transport fees for a wasted day or even reply to me considering my last message which was ignored and deleted on your Facebook page but I hope that someone reads this and understands what impact your company has made on me today and how an utter shambles it has been for a large percentage of the people who attempted to attend. One thing I now expect is that any "ticket" from your company is just a piece digital paper with a hope and a prayer on it and no commitment. P.S. Product School are deleting all reviews that show them in a negative light. They recently removed all reviews, including mine from Facebook and will trawl their Slack channel to remove any criticism they might receive. Google appears to remain the only place you will receive an authentic outlook on this company just because reviews cannot be deleted. Please be aware and do your research.
Great introduction course to understand the role of a product manager. Our instructor Felipe really brought the class material to life when he talked about his experience at work. He was also really kind to help me with my CV & cover letter for my job search. Very lucky to get his support inside & outside of the classroom. Big thank you for that! My fellow classmates have also add tremendous value to the class as we all brought different expertise to the table. Definitely worth the investment.
I highly recommend Product School’s certification program for professionals seeking a career change or continuously want to learn about product management as a discipline. Our Tutor, Tom Barbour, was an awesome product guru. I will never forget his commitment and helping hands to his students. Tom made himself available out of hours to provide advice and feedback on our final project; CV and LinkedIn profile and will continuous to do so. Lectures were combined with hands-on workshops, group projects and an individual final project to excel on every part of product management life cycle. My fellow cohorts are very enthusiastic and eager to help and shadow whenever helps require in every lectures. I may be from the old school, however Product School’s learning portal product is lacking the great user experience. I wasn’t able to read or print a copy offline on my own time while working full-time. Last but not least, there are lots of job advertisements from the Bay area on our social channels and not enough for the European counterparts. I am happy to recommend Product management course from the Product School and glad I have attended it.
I am so pleased I chose Product School London. I really couldn't be happier with the course and I have come away fully understanding the Product Manager role. My tutor Tom was the best I could have hoped for. Patient and so very helpful. He helped the class with CVs, mock interviews and tips on job searches. We really felt supported. A** On the flip side, student support from Product School, could have been better, It would be nice to speak to someone instead of only having an email address. I also reached out to the finance team a couple of times and had no response at all. Definite room for improvement there. D-
I just finished the Product Leader Certificate. My instructor was Juanma Agudo and he was great. I really enjoyed his classes, he brought deep PM expertise and support for the class. The classes consisted of advanced PM concepts: product strategy, marketing, data analytics and machine learning, followed by a final project.
I will suggest the Product School London course to any professional who wants to understand more about product management life cycle. I will like to lay emphasis that even if you are a current product manager, it can benefit you. Our tutor Tom was fantastic and really helpful. He was really knowledgeable and a product enthusiast. He was committed to help us off the hours as much as he could have with CV, LinkedIn and final project. The course was combined with workshops, design sprints, public speaking and group projects. I also sorted out to get help from product school in case I am not able to attend any of the classes. However, I found the portal not interactive enough and lacks user experience. Also, there should be more sessions for public speaking and design sprints so that students can get more out of it. I also feel product school should engage with students to help them get referrals from alumni of product school.
