I was a tenant for 2.5 years in a flat managed by the Bradford-on-Avon office of The Total Letting Service. I cannot recommended them enough for anyone looking to rent in this area. They are completely honest with you, and quick to respond to any issues you may have. They were incredibly diligent and sent out a comprehensive guide for check-out, so there are no hidden surprises. Additionally, all the people who I have interacted with have been absolutely lovely, friendly and very down to earth. The only reason I am no longer a tenant is because I moved out of the area. I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone in the office for their amazing support over the last 2.5 years, without a doubt the best letting service I have ever used.

I have been working with The Total Letting Service for 15 years. Halley, Holly and the team have always been extremely professional, helpful and very patient. They have always found wonderful tenants, who have stayed for years.  They have taken all the worry out of letting a property and I will always recommend them to owners and tenants, alike.
