Moved into a rented property that was absolutely filthy, covered with mould, with a carpet ridiculously stained and appliances not working. After admitting it themselves that it wasn't in an ideal state, They have done absolutely nothing to help us sort the problem. Two weeks after moving in and we're still bleaching mould and having to repaint the awful "touch up" jobs that were done to cover the mould rather than treat it. We have two windows that can't be shut, and didn't receive all the keys to the property. They forgot to collect a certificate on move in day and now we're supposed to work round them to get it to them even after everything else we have to do in the actual property. As a property MANAGEMENT company I have to question what they have actually done to manage this property?! Absolute joke and completely unprofessional. Been left absolutely stressed and deflated and they don't give one iota of interest. FYI "I don't mean to be rude but..." usually means you're being rude. Definitely won't be using again!

Kingstons Melksham did an outstanding job on the brochure they produced for our property which I am sure contributed greatly to a successful sale. They were very quick to respond to any queries or requests generated from either party involved in the transaction, which certainly made the whole process relatively stress free. We would most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a very professional service when selling their home.

When purchasing our property Kingstons were always at the end of the phone to answer any queries we had. Kingstons helped in every way possible & ensured everything went through with the minimum amount of stress. I would thoroughly recommend Kingstons .

Brilliant service. We decided we fancied a change so approached lee and the team for a valuation. The service and support provided was exceptional. A competitive rate was agreed and our property was fully marketed within 24hrs. Ontop of this we recieved a suitable offer within 7 days. Truely Exceptional.
