Part of big group but service was very good. Food as ever was excellent. Just a shame I didn't have room for a pudding.

Quite a way out but well worth the drive!! The food was absolutely delicious!!! No exaggeration! I could not decide between a steak or the special which was a mushroom and brie Wellington. I ended up going for the special as I had never tried anything like it and I could get a steak just about anywhere. What a good choice it was!! The mushroom/brie/spinach/cranberry pastry Wellington was to die for!! I was amazed. Came with proper home cooked chips and the freshest of salads. Top marks. I will definitely be visiting again and I hope that special wasn't a one off. I would recommend this place to anyone. Fantastic

A good selection of beers and handpull, but the main attraction is the food. A great selection but theain attractions for me are the mixed grill and steaks. Good value and plate sizes. There is a variety of seating areas with a separate area for seating families. Also a small games room for children with some arcade type games.
