Always helpful amazing what they have not just tools but screws, bolts etc even today bought bath room cabinet nob just the job all ways my first place of choice local
My company has used Tool & Fixing for years. We have spent £1000's on power tools, fixings etc. Popped in today to pick up some bolts. All staff were eating & not interested in finding what we needed. When I did manage to get a chaps attention he was surly & not helpful at all. When I suggested he could be more helpful his comment was 'its ONLY some nuts & bolts' I pointed out that we have spent a lot of money over the years & he just shrugged. So went next door to Screwfix. Incredibly helpful & had just what we required. Shame, expected more from T&F. We will not be using them again.
THE very BEST personal service, wouldn't go to those multinational stores..... this place is staffed by ppl who know what they are selling and they sell great quality stuff!... I recommend them to my friends
