Regards to your last statement ,which I believe you may have me mixed up with another ex employee as I have certified documents proving that “no loan” ever happened whilst being in your employment unless you are suggesting it was a “cash” loan(off the books?). I find it highly insulting that you suggested such a comment as it was yourselves (Artel rubber/holdings ltd) that held back my last 3 days pay and also my bonus from the previous month which was earned a month in advance but this is not relevant as I am aware that notice has to be provided before leaving and I was forced to reassign suddenly due to intimidation from management. 
What concerns me is how you believe there are no health or safety issues within the company but whilst in your employment I witnessed several accidents which was covered up whilst the injured individuals was being treated at hospital. Employees were even concerned for their safety that a phone call with evidence was made to the local authorities on more than one occasion to come inspect the premises which I believe that 3 out of 7 machines was made unsafe due to poor maintenance issues(emergency stop buttons/censors not fitted to high speed,rotating vices)And was given 3 months to fix them, which to your defence, was!
To regards to the absence’s. As the company was aware ,my daughter was born and As a new born baby there are issues that arise that unfortunately may mean me not being able to attend but hours were always made up throughout the week/breaks.

Would not recommend working here. 
I wasted 3 years of my life with this company. 
It's Minimum wage. 
Loads of Health and safety issues. 
Treatment towards staff is outrageous. 
Management try to intimidate the employees. 
No professional training. 
Try to cover up actidents at work. 
Do not give referencees to new employment due to its "company policy".
