Though there were a couple hiccups with our meal, we can't say much as we know we were a big group and the kids were a handful. Kyle was the BEST server. Nothing was too much, he was polite, had great banter and served our group ever so well. As a MAB colleague it was great to see someone truly living the values so well. Thank you again Kyle for a great night
We went today sun 22/2. Service was the worst ever. After 15mins of sitting there had to ask waitress for drinks. There was 8 of us. We eventually got drinks then had to ask our waitress to take orders. Tbh she defo needs retraining had a bad attitude . Waited nearly an hour for mains. The manager was helpful and took some money off. Again had to go find someone to take out, dessert orders . This is the 1st time we had had BAD everything.

Tonight me and my husband came to your restaurant to have our valentines meal together which rarely happens as we have a little boy who has complex needs autism, epilepsy fragile X syndrome. So it’s very rare to go out just us and have someone look after him.nnAnyway we arrived and it took 10 mins to be seated even though it wasn’t busy and their was at least 5 people who walked passed us who could of come over to see us and take us to a seat.nnEventually when this happened we asked for tap water and told the waitress what we wanted to eat it took her 10 mins to give us our salad bows and even then she still hadn’t given us our water.nnI had to ask someone else to get us our water.nnTheir was no salad at the salad bar it was literally empty and no rolls either no one had said anything about having no salad or rolls eithernnThe food was cold and the ribs were just full of fat rather than meat - the coleslaw as they call it was literally leaves with cabbage and carrot dry and brown.nnMy husbands tikka flat bread was cold and took forever to come to him.nnThe waitress was rude and sarcastic to us when we asked for the bill we said we wanted to talk about the service we had received today and her words were ‘it was amazing’!!! I believe she was called amber.nnVery rude , sarcastic and as a whole just a really bad evening we had and as I said we don’t go out much because of my son and when we do we don’t expect to be treated like that!
We always have a lovely visit. Food arrives in good time. Staff are absolutely brilliant especially Donna who fortunately serves us majority of the time we visit. Donna is always so lovely and friendly!
Always a warm welcome. Great food, friendly staff Donna was our waitress Lovely girl. Really enjoy our Harvester visits and menu. Even have Slimming World recommended dishes.
