Jane was fantastic to deal with. I wanted a Scottish thistle wedding band to go with my diamond engagement ring. I'm in Canada so wasn't able to view the products first-hand. Jane answered all my questions and more - she did a mock up for me of what their ring would look like with mine. Once shipped she maintained communication with updates on delivery until she knew I received my ring. It is GORGEOUS work. It looks even more beautiful than pictured online. I mailed Jane looked for a specific item. She was able to reply to me ASAP and guide me through the complete ordering online process. Jane was an amazing help and was never pushy or eager for a sale. Tappit Hen also offered to correct the ring size if sizing was wrong and are able to engrave the product I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received and I completed recommended this shop to anyone looking for guidance or simply just to buy beautiful jewellery! Cannot thank Jane enough for her help!

Bought our original Wedding rings from the Tappit Hen almost 20 years ago, and so when the time came to replace them there was only one place we were headed. The design and quality of all the jewellery is fabulous. The attention to detail in the engraving on our new Celtic wedding rings is astounding and the service excellent. It really is worth seeking this place out.

We ordered wedding rings online, to be picked up once we landed in Edinburgh. Jane was absolutely wonderful , making sure we knew what was going on, answering questions I had. It was an absolute pleasure to meet and talk with Jane. The rings are gorgeous, with an amazing craftsmanship. We will cherish them forever. Do yourself a favor, get away from the touristy stuff and take a trip up to Tappit Hen, you will not be disappointed.

I just love my amethyst and thistle ring. The fit was perfect, the details clear, and the overall experience wonderful. Communication was prompt and friendly with overseas shipping and tracking information that kept me informed. Quick, kind, and talented. Thank you .
