Go to this place to eat probably once a month. Food beautiful  service friendly efficient. Landlord lovely man. Sent a lot of people there for the steak pie..... EVERYONE has loved it and gone back. My favourite place

Bar meals. Quality.  Steak real chips mushy peas. Beautifull. Not dear either. Ya will love it.

Good quality food. Very attentive service, but not overbearing! We found it to be a little pricey for what it was (portion sizes were quite small and there was nothing thrilling about the food), but it is a quaint, quiet and classy place so didn't mind so much. 
Would happily try the bar menu next time.
