I bought a garden gate from these folks having originally bought complete rubbish from B&Q which was so twisted that I had to take it back. Worse still, every gate they had in stock was in similar condition so I asked for a refund. Yes the gate from Suffolk Gate Co was a little more expensive but the hardware set that cost almost £40 in B&Q was only £10 so I returned that for a refund too. This saving more than offset the extra cost of the gate and there really is no comparison at all in quality. These people are the nicest and most helpful people to deal with and I'd challenge anyone to find a company that is as helpful. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone and would like to thank George in particular who definitely went the extra yard to help me. As you can see, the gate is great quality - it weighs twice as much as the item from B&Q and it looks great once hung.

Took my money and didn’t do my job, do not use  awful company
