Bought through them a year ago and the lady in the office Olivia didn’t even bother to come out to show the place. It was the renter who showed me the place and it was very bad. Olivia from the office was so unbothered by all the process as she just wanted her commission. All my questions about the buying process and the house were just rude. Shame on you and you should close that office and go home if you do not like your job.

Awful! They assured us first time buyer, using there mortgage advisor and solicitors would speed the process up - nope! They fob you off when you call and are rude. Mortgage advisor doesn’t know his job! Official complaint made because it was so bad. AVOID!
