Absolutely disgusting customer service, Samantha is quite frankly rude and disrespectful. 
We sent our prints off and they were not received so we requested a refund, a couple of weeks later I received an email from Samantha to say she had now received the prints and basically said I was a liar and I couldn’t have sent them when I said I did. 
How she runs a successful business I’ll never know. We are out of pocket as we did still have to pay the fee for the moulds but have no actual product to show for it. 
All in all a totally awful experience!

Awful customer service. I don't think I have ever dealt with a company that has made less effort, and is so quick to shift the blame onto the customer in every communication. And as for getting a refund when unhappy with the quality of the product, that's a joke... and apparently that's also my fault.

Terrible customer service, the 100% guarantee refund or replacement  is not honoured if you are not satisfied with your product. Very disappointed indeed.
