I wished to open an ISA account for my wife and I and after waiting just a few minutes we were introducing Dylon.  He assisted us in opening account and was very helpful and polite. He also offered and made me a very nice cup of welcome coffee.  He was both efficient and friendly and gave us a professional experience. Excellent customer service by Branch manager Gurbinder Saggu and his team. Really supportive staff who provided us super fast service today to open a SBI account and to sign Home loan documentation. Overall, really great experience!

This monday, i went into the branch to open a bank account and use locker services, the bank manager Gurbinder Saggu was extremely helpful and patient with helping. He is also very polite and im very happy with the 10/10 service.
