After a long day out and driving back to tewkesbury, we decided to grab some dinner.nThe girls on the bar Saturday dinner time, were friendly and welcoming. Food was lush! I had the hallumi burger and my partner the beef burger, chips were cooked to perfection and lovely little side salad and dressing. Very reasonable priced.nGorgeous evening so went and sat down by the river and what a lovely spot. Maybe a little investment in some new benches down the very bottom.nDefinitely would recommend and will be back. Thank you for some lovely grub.
Popped in for a quick meal with a friend. We had the halloumi burger. It was beautifully cooked not overdone and squeaky at all! We enjoyed the food and were pleased to get free parking! There’s signs everywhere about registering you number plate if you are a patron although to be fair there is free parking opposite and just up the street.nThe garden is lovely with a great view of the river and locks. We’ll be back!
Am excellent lunch after a beautiful walk around Pershore. Went for a nice traditional scampi and chips, and it was the best scampi I've had in decades. Excellent.
I arrived on a Tuesday so the kitchen wasn't working so can't share that part . On arrival the stairway and passage to the rooms is painted very dark . So a little off putting , however the room was very nice . Quite spacious you have somewhere to hang your clothes albeit only 3 hangers . There are also drawers available. The Ensuite bathroom was very nice , looks like the rooms have recently been refreshed . The bed was very comfortable, my only critism was the pillows , they are flat and are desperately in need of being renewed . That led to not sleeping wellnPlenty of Tea coffee etc which is also refreshing .. .Overall stay was OK and communication prior to arrival was very good
Fantastic venue, we held a family celebration there yesterday the management and staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The staff were great and the buffet fantastic. Thank you The Star
