Absolutely delicious food. Had the lamb shank and it's one of the best meals I've had in Oxford definitely the best Indian I've had in Oxford. Plus the service is impeccable. Strongly recommend.

Just had one of the best curries I have ever had. Fresh wholesome ingredients with delicate spicing and refreshing flavours. Much more interesting than "standard" curries  you get elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Great curry!  This place gets busy so think about booking.  Probably no more than 25 people at a time fit in the Standard.  Some classic dishes and a good set of chef specials...

It's the first time we have visited since before lockdown. Food was as good as ever, the service friendly and attentive and plenty of atmosphere even with the social distancing. Good job guys!

I've lived in Oxford for four years, and this is the very best Indian food here. The tandoori chicken is especially phenomenal.

Just had a takeaway from The Standard. In my opinion, they set The STANDARD for Indian food in the South East. Fresh flavours and perfectly balanced spices.
