Top quality roast dinners. Staff are a little disorganised but friendly. Food is top notch and worth the wait though!

Great hotel and restaurant friendly and helpful staff great for shops and clubs etc.

Excellent location....nice and quiet at night...but no heating for two off our three night stay... stayed in room 303... which is in need off modernization... enjoyed our stay despite the coldest room ever!!!! It’s ok if u just want a room to sleep and shower.

Amazing cocktails, lovely bar. Great staff

Found the sir Thomas by accident while walking in Liverpool but well worth the time, we had a tapas meal which was excellent the staff were fantastic the bar and decor is of the highest standards definitely recommend lunch there and next time we visit will try evening meal.

This hotel is cosy friendly staff very clean food good
