The Side Door is now evolving into Jenever - a cafe by day, Gin bar by night. We have over 50 gins to taste and classic cocktails . We will still be serving fantastic food from 12-6pm daily including our Sunday Roast.

Got a gin tasting experience as a birthday present, arrived at appointment time to be told the place is shut.  The bar next door have been inundated with people turning up to find the place closed, still taking bookings/money though.

Amazing owner and staff. So friendly and offered great alternative gins to what we'd normally drink including chillies as a garnish. I would recommend to anyone who loves gin. 140 gins to choose from along with gin tasting and other treats. Great place and a hidden gem.

Had a great evening here. Unbelievable amount of Gins to sample. The staff are very knowledgeable and there to help you find the perfect gin for your taste. Relax friendly atmosphere with great background music at the right volume. Nipped in for 1 and stayed for several.
