Had Sunday lunch. Well presented and cooked lovely. New owners giving good value for money. At £9:95 was excellent value. Staff very friendly. Will definitely visit again.

Couldn't get in for 10 mins as had sign saying due to painting please use other door. Turned out it was down an unlit part of carpark at rear, a round a corner, across another carpark and in an entrance to e gym.

We stayed here last night. ( i say we as there was a group of us-4 rooms in total) We arrived at 1pm but our rooms were unfortunately not ready. We went to the bar for an hour and our rooms were still not ready how ever we were all given our keys. Because they were not ready we couldnt see what our rooms were like until late evening after the wedding we were attending.  No problem. We set about our business and arrived back at 11.55pm. Room key (no 6) all we heard were dogs barking!!!! From the moment we got back to our hotel for our not so pleasant stay to the moment we woke up and left. We wanted to speak to someone about this before we left however. No one was at reception all morning!!!!. Not happy at all.

We arrived late but still got a friendly welcome. The room was clean and spacious although it was dated. The tv didn't work properly but we didn't stay long enough to be bothered by it.
