Only stopped here as en-route to ferry port. Had a lovely meal with the most wonderful chips- they must be triple fried- and a pie which I don't normally choosebut it was also very special and tasty. NIce staff and some helpful locals checked my route for me also. If i lived nearer I would call in again.
Called ahead after a rain out at seaside. Very welcoming staff, lovely one way system, plenty of space, lots of parking, nice menu of pub grub including a vegan pie, which was tasty. Kids were acceptable. All good. Thanks!

Lovely place, friendly staff, good food. Waited a bit long for dessert menus and for table to be cleared after mains otherwise would of given 5 stars. Overall very good.
Staff were rude food ok until slamed on table service mah
Very Covid organised quite a few rules I haven't come across elsewhere but accepted them. Large garden seating area so plenty of social distancing catered for.
Service was poor, food was average and not following the the tier 2 rule ,people drinking alcohol with no food walking around with no mask on
