Please accept a warm welcome to The Farmer Inn Facebook page. We are a local, family run business with a passion for serving homemade, top quality pub food all day, every day. Our standard warm welcome is enhanced by our great beer garden in the summer and our roaring log fires in the winter. Our book exchange is popular as are our garden games and then we have our LIVE MUSIC events and our QUIZ. Check out the Events page for further details.

Went for the comedy all stars, the staff were amazing, they somehow managed to do table service to over 200 people. The entertainment was great value for money. Probably the best night of the summer for me
So friendly and lovely food. Landlord was really chatty and looked after us really well. My daughter didn't like her meal so he gave her dessert free! This is how service should be. 10/10 will be going again. Thank you.
The Farmer Inn is a typical old fashioned country pub. It has two outside gardens and rear car park. Real ales and spirits can be bought as well as a fairly good menu. If you are passing through the area it's well worth a stop off.
We have been here five or six times this summer for an outdoor comedy event they have hosted post-Covid. The staff have been excellent in challenging circumstances and the venue is lovely. When the restrictions are eased further we will come for a meal as we have been delighted by this pub and we highly recommend it.
Absolutely love this place its a great area for a walk too. The food is amazing have eaten here a few times always great food and service good size portions too never left hungry all round lovely experience.

Long waiting time and they got startes along with main course leading to food getting cold. The Chilli beef lacked salt and the soup was quite salty. Dont recommend
Lovely little country pub, really nice polite staff. Would recommend to come here for just a nice quiet drink or something to eat. Dogs are also welcome. Nice outdoor area which is lovely in the summer. Free parking around the back. Situated in a nice quiet destination.
