Wed 26 July. Always bring my granddaughter (16) here for lunch when we have a day out together. Shopping for her then a meal. We just luv the food here😍lunchtime specials ideal well worth the money and luv the background music. Service is great as are the staff👍 Thurs 7 Dec 2017. Had lunch today with Granddaughter...we luv eating here when we're out together in Cramlington. Mozzarella sticks with a tomato sauce dip for us both👌 then chicken, bacon and avocado salad her choice of main dish...which we both luv👌 and chicken caesar wrap with coleslaw and fries for me👌😋😍 Fri 5 Jan 2018. Had lunch with Granddaughter today. It was full and very busy. Never had to wait long between courses. Food, staff and service excellent 😆👍 Thurs 29 Mar 2018. Brought Granddaughter here today for late lunch. Luv the freshness of the food it's perfect. Staff are pleasant and great service 😆👍 Fri 13 Apr 2018. Had lunch here today with Granddaughter we both had chicken caesar wraps followed by lemon/mango sorbet it was perfect and it was delicious! Thumbs up to the chefs👍Service as always you couldn't fault and the staff were great😆👌

I could not fault the young lady who was waitress, however the waiting around to be seated to the length of time we had to wait for our orders to be taken was not good. I understand that they were short staffed but this did not make mine or my friends visit a good one. I have give 4 stars based on the customer service skills the lady provided us and how friendly she was.

Food expensive, but really cheap, poor quality. Avoid.

Very sad to say, that my wife had garlic mushrooms which after taking first mouthful, found hadn't been washed so got a mouthful of dirt. So what else is being missed in the prep. Also manager tried to say it was burnt bread crumbs.
