Advertising engraving that your firm is unable to provide is very misleading. I chose a classic font and was emailed to please change it to a more simple one . Even that was awful. I was offered a complete refund, but sadly had left it too late to return it and buy anything else. The cost of engraving was refunded, but how I wish I hadn't had it engraved at all. Really disappointed as tie clip very nice btw was a present, but very much spoiled by the engraving.

Packaging is all recyclable and environmental friendly, you can see that the company puts lots of care in to every order. Very quick delivery and decent delivery charge. This evening dressing gown from Savile Row Co is absolutely fantastic. Nice cotton waffle in grey fits perfectly fine for a 155cm tall person. The quality of the garment is great quality, nicely stitched and well put together for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this garment over other gowns. I have tried other gowns from top High Street shops but is the best so far.
