It made unforgettable memory in London since of fine exp from here. highly chill vibe in stores and the staffs were certainly helpful.

A really nice concept store. I shop there mostly for their homeware, brought all my hasami plates from them. The costumer service could do with being more open and friendly, love the security guard though, he’s always great!!

It's as if this store is located somewhere on Mars, not sure why it is so difficult to reach them via phone. Terrible customer service - quick to take money yet no where to be seen when assistance is needed. You'll be better off spending your money elsewhere.

The customer service is really bad, i don't know how it's possible in 2021. I just bought a pair of shoes and i had to sent them back but since no answer from them....

Won a draw on their launches section and was super excited. After a few weeks without shipping, I learned it was canceled without me ever being contacted after I reached out to support. Customer "Support" is useless and has not helped solve the problem at all. Do not recommend shopping with this scam company.
