Story

The whole ethos of our salon is to offer the best quality service as cheaply as possible. Top quality brands and the salon atmosphere are incredibly important to us. The stylists and skin care therapists are constantly trained to improve the service as a whole.

Our salon has some unique benefits such as vouchers and special offers on your birthday. Monthly offers on hair and beauty. We also run a points scheme and also give you £5 of salon points if you introduce a friend to the salon.

We are open 6 days a week and run a late night on a Thursday.

We also offer a wast range of retail products including GHD's, Dermalogica, Label.M and Goldwell.

Fabulous!! Well impressed with the service.  Rosanne cut my hair, gave me lots of advice and made me feel very welcome. I'm really happy with my hair cut if anything the best I've ever had.

Unfortunately not the best experience. Whilst the staff are very good at what they do, I as a customer was made to feel very undervalued. I needed a last minute appointment today, which they were able to fit me in and I appreciate. Whilst running 5 min late (for reasons out of my control). I called up to let the beautician know that I still wanted to attend but will be slightly late. The response I received was shocking, saying that if I was more that 5 mins late then they will have to cancel my appointment "5 minutes!" By the way there has been many times where I have had to wait about half an hour as the stylist's were running behind schedule but I suppose that doesn't matter that their time is more valuable than mine. I understand that they need to keep on top of time but there were no apologies and no offers to reschedule. Even though I really needed this appointment as I have an important event tomorrow, I chose not to go as I felt that my custom was not needed. I used the excuse that I would be longer than 5 mins which wasn't the case as I was literally around the corner (and on time). I decided to take my business to a rival salon who accommodated to my needs. I have worked in the customer services field for many years and I know that the number 1 rule is to appreciate your customers. Needless to say that have lost a customer in me.
