I walked in this morning at 9am to use the gym and got turned away pretty much straight away because the gym was already full. No offer to show me around (as I'm a new customer) and when I explained that I'm free only in the morning due to child care, the therapist still didn't make an exception and said there busy most mornings due to how small the gym. Think you need to re think having a gym that doesn't allow much capacity, better still dont advertise if your willing to turn custom away. Disssappointed and won't be coming back again.

The WORST service I ever received! I made a point to rush there after work on a Friday in the freezing cold, got there at 6pm asked for a colour change and pedicure. The person behind the desk said they won't do it even though they don't close until 7!!! Then I asked if they were free Saturday as the only you had to book an appointment was Sunday but apparently they were fully booked all throughout until Wednesday and were closed on Sundays, which I know is rubbish as I go past the salon often! I said I saw it on their website and apparently there have been changes. Basically she didn't want to do my nails. So DONT GO THERE as they will take one look at you and decide if they want to help you or not so don't bother! So unwelcoming,

This is Glamorous Hair and Beauty,we are sorry about the disappointment of the booking that you wanted to make,but as you stated we close at seven on a friday evening our beautician was with a customer at that time. You required a colour change and a pedicure which would take atleast two and a half hours which would of took us to well after our opening hours,and as you know this is our busiest time of the year so appointments are taken up very quickly which is why we couldnt get you in til wedsnesday,it wasnt the case of jus looking at you and not wanting to do it. Again we are sorry you felt that way,we like to pride ourselves on making all welcome. Glamorous
