Fabulous! Such a great little place. You get a top quality, professional haircut but with the added comfort and personal touch of a small independent. You walk in to be welcomed as part of the family. Couldn't ask for better service - definitely highly recommend!

I visited Identity on 30th June. I presented them with the challenge of dark brown roots that had grown from February, banded blonde and faded out pink. I know from past experience it is asking for A LOT to get this back to an ashy blonde so I wasn't expecting miracles, yet they pulled it out of the bag! Banding GONE. Roots GONE. Faded colours GONE. And they achieved the colour I wanted without damaging my hair, it felt better than it had in a long while. I've had so many compliments on the colour and loads of girls asking where I had it done and may make the trip from Droitwich to visit  Its nerve wracking trying a new hairdresser but everyone here was so friendly and had me join in conversation like I'd been a client for years.  I will definitely visit again.
