I have been a client here for years now, I followed the lovely staff from the previous salon thay worked at. That salon was own by one Helen Plattern, I see she has mad a bad review on here about them and I think it is disgraceful to do that to them. The staff are great, very good at their job and very well trained! I have seen many happy clients when ever I visit. 100% would recommend The salon!!

Amazing experience, had a beautiful bouncy blow dry done. It lasted so well. very good service and lovely bunch of ladies!

don't usually do this......complain publicly but The Salon Shrewsbury did this to my poor daughter today . A new mum feeling frumpy and not liking much about her appearances so partner brought her a voucher for a full head of highlights. Skin test done ....appointment made. I canr seem to post pictures on herefirst photos are what she wanted.....lovely. the following three photos are the finished deal. Even my untrained eye can see this is not what she asked for. I had to leave as the afternoon wore on (4.5 hours) but kept in touch with lana. When she sent me the photo of her "lightened" hair I laughed. I rang them and told them this was not what lana wanted and that they should refund her voucher. But they then decided to put another colour on top. Lana kept in touch telling me and more importantly them....that this was not what she asked for. Dried and curled I didn't make it to the salon before she handed over the voucher. I called them said she wasn't happy and that her hair did not look at all like the pictures. Their response was....oh well your daughter has left and paid and infact she had her hair blanched....which is more expensive...and that they didn't charge her the extra!!!! I won't do the "he said...she said" but I did promise to let the pictures do the talking....so enjoy....I hope your shoddy work....crappy products and non existent customer service stands you in good stead for the new year. My poor daughter is distraught and asked me to cover it with a dark brown dye (I can manage that better than The Salon Shrewsbury)
