I went to this salon twice and the experience was good therefore wanted to pay a third visit. However, the booking system online really need to be improved. This time I bought a voucher on Groupon then booked a slot on Sunday online but it was cancelled by the salon. Afterwards I booked again on the following Thursday but still couldn't redeem my voucher online, then without reason this appointment was cancelled again. I just cancelled my voucher to get a full refund. A bit disappointing with the booking system as it happened to my second visit early this year before and I couldn't prepay online. I thought it would have been improved by now.

I cannot fault the team here. Tonight I had Amy, she was amazing. Room was a lovely temperature and left there totally relaxed.
