The Safe Deposit Centre

After having a safe deposit box with my bank for over 20 years I was in the position of having to find another one as they ended the service. The service I received at The Safe Deposit Centre from first contact to completion was professional, courteous and totally stress free. The staff were knowledgeable and their customer service was first class. The fingerprint access system is amazing. I can now visit my box without a appointment and the vault has been built like Fort Knox! Highly recommended!!

This company’s website states that an appointment was not necessary, however on arrival I was told I should have made an appointment to open an account as they were very busy with "all the NatWest customers". I pointed out their website says one is not necessary and asked how I was expected to know they were particularly busy? A shrug of the shoulders was all the response I received. After making a 40 mile round trip I am extremely annoyed with this company and will be looking for another company that understands a little about customer service and behaving in a professional manner towards clients.

Although the staff were really busy they managed to fit me in no problem ... really knowledgeable staff and a friendly atmosphere . Everything seemed to be at the highest quality of security , putting my mind at ease . Quality service from start to finish and a good relationship for the future .
