Very secure place and it’s nice to have it in city centre where my office and shops are close by. It’s on a main road so it feels safe to access. Staff is always friendly too and the prices are reasonable.  Referral scheme is also good as it can get you free months.

Great people and very good service. I got mixed up with my appointment and went 1 day earlier but Joanned helped and managed to fit me in which was great. Thank you Joanne and Onzo for your help.

Was referred to this place by my parents, tried 3 times to get a Sunday appt as I and my husband work 6 days to always be disappointed. I rang mid Sept to be told there was no appt for a Sunday and to ring back in October, rang early October to be told all Sunday appt's were gone for the month and to ring end of October for November appt's, rang towards end of October to be told they don't do Sunday appt's, only weekdays??? So frustrating to just open an account which surprisingly my mum talks highly of.

After nine years of excellent service and quality customer support we ended our contract. A very smooth process and the return of our deposit. Thank you St James Safe Deposit I expect to return at some point in the future.

Excellent facility. If it had no up to the date security equipment WHICH IT HAS - It would be super secure. Basement vault in a building that is used 24 hours a day and was built in the old fashioned way - no walls exposed to the outside, ceiling that is thick concrete to the ground floor. No security problems in it's history. Confident my possessions in there are completely safe...
