Story

The FLEXiSPACE­ mission is to provide our customers with flexible, modern, clean and cost effective storage solutions for whatever their needs may be.

We have a multiple of room sizes that our business or home customers rent and use to store items, as a place of work or an extension to home/work. Terms are flexible and our agreements are simple and jargon free.

We have over 200 customers at each store and have capacity for over 500 (but that's over time!) however no two are alike. But that's the fun part for us, working out exactly what your needs are and matching to the best value solution - we love saving you money, that's a promise.

Good selection of storage spaces. Price can be negotiated for both longterm and shortterm space. Friendly front office. Quite secure.

My unit flooded after a heavy storm in Manchester. Very poor claims experience from the in-house insurance cover. Took 3 months for them to pay out a simple three item claim. I paid £9 per week for two years for £10k cover. Had to make formal complaints twice about unanswered letters and tardy responses. Expensive unit at over £200 per 4 weeks for 110sq ft not including insurance. Obtained much cheaper unit elsewhere for better facilities. Staff friendly - earns an extra star but if a safe storage facility isn't safe what's the point?

Very helpful and friendly. Helped us to find the right size storage that was best for our business, at a very reasonable cost.

Shambolic organisation and simply poor communicational skills. Trying to get a quote is like trying to get blood from a stone. After discussing a quote in person I was emailed the price (once I had left.) When returning to accept the unit, additional costs were added on. Management don't seem to want your business unless your dealing on an enterprise level. They don't deserve genuine customers when they can't be clear and transparent about costs/fees. Disrespectful.

Only popped in for a few boxes, reasonably priced and the staff excelled. We went to a unit to collect a complete bundle that were still strapped up so they were easier for me to carry, and the lady even carried them out to my car and helped me load it. Couldn't have asked for more.
