Definitely no worth it, especially the soft shell crab burger. The crab is extremely small without meat inside. Wasted 13 pounds for nothing. Beside that, the taste of the chip is below expectation.
Our waitress for dinner was amazing missed her name but funky hair and piercings. Super friendly and the perfect level of unobtrusive service. The food was excellent and a great menu for cocktails and rum! We also dropped in for a hot chocolate another day and it was very good. Highly recommended.
Amazing!!! I love this place, I ate there last night 3rd time since I found it and think it's one of my favourite eating places. The food always comes out hot and super tasty. Full of flavour and always looks as amazing as it tastes. Can definitely recommend the crab balls and the ribs : plenty of cocktails/drinks to choose from and the staff are very attentive and friendly. They have the correct mix of attention to detail - something that a lot of restaurants overlook. It doesn't matter which server is looking after you as it's a joint effort to make sure your experience is a great one. The nice thing is that you feel that you truely are being looked after. It's more like having dinner with family. The atmosphere is always electric and friendly for all. Would recommend highly.
Foods good. More annoyed with the Service here. Who's main meal comes out before the starter? Also. How hard is it to get a drink? Bend over backwards for student who are just drinking here. Oh and the waiting staff apart from one of them was more interested in being by the bar definitely not coming back.
We visited a couple of times in a two day visit to Exeter for a graduation, and thoroughly enjoyed the predominantly rum-based cocktails, that were very reasonably priced £30 for a round of 5 drinks. The bartenders are clearly knowledgeable and were more than happy to recommend drinks for those who were undecided. The food also looked appetising, and had we not reserved elsewhere, we would have loved to stay for dinner.
I had the £25 surf and turf and it was brilliant, a fillet steak, half a lobster and all the trimmings, I was in my element. The bar was well priced and had a good selection of beer and an epic selection of rum. I can't recommend this place enough and I will be back soon!
We went to St Ives for a week and ended up eating here three times! Lured by the tasty and purse friendly lunch menu, harbour views, kid friendly atmosphere and epic cocktails Lucky Number 7, easily the best cocktail I've ever had can't wait to return.
A great little find. Super friendly bar staff and waitress, great decor, lively atmosphere, fab cocktails and the food is awesome. Very reasonable prices too. Couldn't fault it.
Food was excellent. Good sized portion. Beer was fresh and crisp. Excellent service and nice décor. Prices are very reasonable. I will certainly be returning on the future...
