I try to avoid chain restaurants. But this seafood chain has some of the best seafood that you can get for the price. The cod fish and chips are a thick cut so it’s not greasy but perfectly cooked and meaty. This is fish and chips as it should be. Always great service. Family friendly and dog friendly.

Very meh. Good location and staff was great but the food was... very very average. Gummy prawns and bland sole. The scallops were "alright". We were looking forward to having fresh fish but left disappointed. Not a bad experience but neither a good one.
Very good service and food. We couldn’t sit outside as there were no tables free - it was lovely and sunny and we thought about going somewhere else but we had been recommended Rockfish. Very chuffed we settled for an indoor table - delicious food!
Love it at Rockfish. Sitting outside by the river on a balmy summer evening is just wonderful. The pup can sit under the table and you can walk off off your meal, with a stroll along the riverside..
The hake was delicious, oysters were yummy, and prawns were good. However, the rayfish was a bit undercooked. The chips though they were supposed to be unlimited, we didn’t get that many portions as the service was a bit slow. Was a nice sunny day to enjoy food on the patio.
This is a great place to sit outside and under cover. Location on the Quay in Exeter was ideal. Lovely food and really great service. 4 of us had lunch, one lemon sole, one hake and 2 scallops. All cooked well, very tasty. Beer and wine excellent. Our Greek waiter was very good and pleasant. Would recommend it.
