Like anyone, organising a funeral is not a nice thing to plan or arrange. I rang Rugby funeral home and spoke to man called James. What I liked about James was that he was pleasant, not patronising and offered to help regardless of whether I used his services or not. I arranged to meet James and right from the get go he was 100% honest and professional...exactly what I wanted. He listened to what I wanted and offered the different options available to myself and my family. I used Rugby funeral home and James was my main contact from start to finish. I cannot recommend the Rugby Funeral Home highly enough. After Mum died, Amy was a professional, compassionate and, most importantly, very human guide, who helped us organise the funeral exactly as Mum would have wanted it.

I never thought I would have to feel the need of leaving a review of a funeral home. My 23 year old son was murdered in February 2019 and Rugby Funeral Home looked after myself and my family, not only when he was transferred there, but even before the coroner released his body back to us. Lesley, Lynda and Amy went over and beyond their call of duty to ensure that everything was exactly how we wanted it. I honestly feel that I have made some friends, I’ve never met such lovely compassionate people.
