Hotel 3 star rooms are reasonable but we have stayed in b&bs that have more . (E.g robes). The building is old will charm. Foot is good location fabulous staff good too.

The showers weren't very hot and quite weak. The bar staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. We ate in the bar both nights and the food was good. The drink prices were to be expected and the tables were regularly cleaned. We were staying in the coach house which was a long walk from reception! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel 👍

Very nice hotel, very good location and rooms and bar area very pleasant, with helpful staff. Rooms were slightly noisy though at night and early morning.

I complained that the signage in the hotel to the coachhouse part where I was assigned was inadequate, as in totally lacking. I was told if I used the lift it was fine, not the response I was looking for -front of house training!!!. If you stay here, try it, you will get lost! The response was poor and has coloured my view of the hotel. Rooms are good, but food is average at best, room prices are high for N.Wales. Would not be inclined to stay again. Shame really as it could so easily be much better. They need a Polliti-type assessment, to provide a customer's view of the hotel.

Lovely hotel and good food with good choice. Only thing I didn't like was the buffet style breakfast. Had to be first there to avoid queues. By the time you got your breakfast your tea/coffee had gone cold and it wasn't worth queuing again for a fresh one. Lovely area lots of things to do and see with friendly locals in the village
