This was our second visit with our son who lives in Grantham, lovely "proper" pub, had food on our first visit good selection and great portions

Not for me .
When i visited got rudeness from bar staff couldnt get to bar all the locals sat there.

Generally felt very uncomfertable.

they had ran out on spirits -the outdoor playarea was broken and out of use! they had no crisps either not a happy visit

Was my local before I got married.I hadn't been there since 2004. Went for lunch with two friends, we had beer battered fish and chips, and drinks . it was quite relaxing. Food hot nicely served, tasted good, generous portions. Friendly service.
