Nice place and good service. I've been surprised bathroom is so huge. Good experience. If you plan visit this part of England I recommend this hotel for staying.

I attended the funeral of my cousin. The service was Grantham Crematorium and this was followed by a reception for those who wished to attend. The reception was at the Eden House Hotel. They provided adequate space and a buffet which was perfect for the occassion. There was a sponge cake which was fabulous. On the basis of this event we confirmed a booking in July when we intend to celebrate the 100 anniversary of my Uncles deaths in the 1st World War. There will be family members from across the UK and the USA. I think this confirms that we were very well satisfied.

Fabulous, Warm,Friendly and Professional staff. This venue is suitable for coffee, lunch, conferences, weddings, wakes, christenings and private functions. You can have a very relaxed ambience on the sofa, by the bar, function room, library dining room etc. The added bonus of the hotel rooms is an added bonus for The Eden. The Food is exceptional and very good on price with a varied selection. All food is made on the premises fresh daily and the standard to which it is served is outstanding. The only one recommendation is modernisation of the ladies and gents toilets as these are very dated.

This hotel is a little gem in Grantham. Everything was lovely. The staff are extremely friendly and the new managers make you feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Exceptional value for money. Would definatley recommend.

Very friendly staff always helpful and very accommodating Laid up here from Tuesday 24th with broken collar bone and they pulled all stops to accommodate my wife and i so great service all round
