Updated review as in last year this shopping centre hasn't been great and seems to be in decline. Still good toilet facilities but everything else has been neglected.  Car park lifts always have at least 1 or both in each stair well out of order.  Not great for those with mobility issues or young families.  The stairs wells aren't welcoming and have often had a lovely toilet aroma.   The number of shops has dwindled over recent months and the welcoming, lively atmosphere isn't there anymore.  Hopefully they take steps to address the issues.nnOriginal review from 3 years ago was 4 stars.  at the time was really impressed with the family offer at the centre. Activities for young children in school holidays, accessible clean car park with a good amount of parent child bays, good shops and brilliant toilets with family toilets and baby change facilities.

With so many shops empty now it’s a shame that family events like family parties bouncy castles have been cancelled. This was a great event to get people through the doors! I love that Leamington still has a centre whereas many places don’t but the royal priors needs to offer more for families.nGreat family toilets, feeding room and changing facilities but these are looking a little tired now and need a bit of a refurb

Lovely sunny day put in Royal Priors Shopping Centre.  Take a leisurely stroll and take in the many stores and options for shopping, dining and admiring of arts and crafts.

Not very busy most of the time and now the inflatables havnt had the contract renewed we won't be using the priors. Was very good for a coffee and for kids to let steam off having a play but now won't bother.

Awful place, no atmosphere. Plenty of people in the town, nothing in Royal Priors to entice them in. They need a pop up market or something interesting for footfall or the few remaining shops in there don't stand a chance.
