We chose to visit the enchanted gardens at Christmas 2021, the visit was a timed entrance and covid restrictions were easily adhered to being as this is an outdoor event. Perfect for all the family of all ages the light display was beautifully arranged. Would recommend for all abilities as this event is entirely on the flat. The artificial snow showers toward the end of the trail before you see Santa is a lovely addition to the Christmas feel. Would recommend to friends and family.
Quite a large garden center is this plus lots more! Excellent choice of garden equipment, plants, seeds and garden furniture. Also, an excellent deli, butchers and restaurant. The restaurant is very good, high quality food presented brilliantly although some may find prices a little high, you get what you pay for and this is good quality food! Also onsite is a pet store for most of your pets needs. I spent 3 hours there today and thoroughly enjoyed it. My photos are just a small part of this fantastic garden center.
This is more than a garden centre more like a department store, with gardening supplies, food, pet stuff, clothing etc. There's a Hobbycraft here too and a lovely restaurant. There's a big houseplant section with ceramic pots galore to chose from - love that section! But what I really love is the gardens which are extensive and varied and free to wander around. A real delight even if you don't visit the store. Yes they're there to showcase the plants but that's okay. They are very accessible too with laid out paths
We traveled from London to attend the light trail with our daughter who lives in Worcester. We didn’t know what to expect it being at a garden centre…. It was awesome.. beautiful lights, very well put together theme, lots to see, friendly staff and delicious hot chocolate. The timed ticket staggered the crowd which was good. The only complaint I have unfortunately is when we came out of the trail just after 6 we found that the huge impressive garden centre itself was closed!! There were purchases we wanted to make and the food section we had yet to look at… conscious of the timed ticket we thought we go back in after! Assuming it was open til late. You would have thought with the event going on the centre would open to coincide with it?!. I do however highly recommend the trail!.
Amazing Xmas set up, not seen it bettered anywhere else. Customer service faultless, Restaurant packed told there could be long wait for food it was heaving and they were 5 members down food and drinks put on our table within 15 minutes, fantastic service. We have been coming here every year for the last 9 and has not disappointed. 10 stars would be given if I could.
Nice free display gardens that are enjoyable for adults and children alike. The three little piggy houses and hobbit house were our favourites. Lots of named plants, structures and items of interest including themed areas, bird feeding stations, hives, bird boxes etc. Garden Centre is large with a wide range of products and a popular cafe. Little pricey, but popular with coach parties, retired people and families alike.
Came her for the enchanted Christmas trail and it was superb. The whole family had a great time. From the younger kids, to the teenagers to adults and the seniors we all enjoyed the great lights of the trail. The garden centre is also superb at Christmas. Highly recommend this place
Had a lovely evening at the enchanted Gardens. So christmassy! Our girls loved it. The mulled cider warmed me up. So much effort put into the Christmas event. Thank you.
We decided to eat here before making our garden purchases, good decision! Ana, our server, was excellent, kept us informed about the menu choices, was friendly and polite, and removed finished plates quickly due to a few wasps being around as we'd chosen to eat in the outside area, nothing was too much trouble for her. We customised a dessert no problem, and I'd definitely choose to eat here again. The shop is well laid out and although covers a large area it's easy to find what you're looking for.
Absolutely gorgeous place, took our little ones for dinner and to the Enchanted Forest for the lights and it was just stunning. Will definitely return to spend a bit more time wondering round the MASSIVE shopping area soon! Thank you all
